A Cat’s Day Out “Oliver was enjoying the last of the sun today,” This man had recently developed a liking of Dozing under trees in spite of fall being common due to changing weather. He could ponder various things simultaneously, such as cold fusion, improved kitty chow, how Max the canine was making him daft, and his Halloween costume.
Max was not as fancy as Oliver; he didn’t seem to care much for what people wore under their masks, so long as what they wore was simple yet stylish.
I attempted to assist him in generating ideas on what costume to choose and all that was given me was slow blinking and a tummy flash.
When it got too hot outside, Max returned inside.”
In this case, or rather scene I thought that he was consciously ignoring Marnie.
I think Max worries that his costume will no longer impresses Marnie as much as she impressed him earlier.
As for Marnie, she doesn’t even know that Halloween exists yet. She got into such a frenzy this weekend that she began watching ‘Gilmore Girls.’
